PERMISSIONS

Razputin, unlike most of my other characters, has a rather wide set of powers, and a few of them are somewhat intrusive. These are the following:
Telepathy: Raz has something in his hat which, for the most part, keeps this under control. There may be times where the hat comes off, though, so I'll need to know if it's okay for him to read your character's thoughts.
Clairvoyance: In which he uses a possession of yours in order to try and see through your eyes and perceive the world as you perceive it. It's more of a quirky thing than anything, but could potentially be used to spy on delicate information and as such needs a permission request.
Confusion: In which he just boggles your mind. Literally. He's not likely to use this outside of his work, but may feel capricious enough sometimes to just do it for the hell of it if you annoy him. So again, permission.
Mind Door: This is the big one, the core of the gameplay. It's also the least likely to be used outside of a plot context. Still, he may need to use it, so I need to know a.) if he can and b.) how much he'd actually be able to FIX of your little neuroses via this method. Note that it's apparently not PERFECT, since a true loony like Coach Oleander still needed therapy after Raz was done.
That's all, I think.

Date: 2011-07-06 04:36 am (UTC)He thinks in second person for some reason, though.
I think I covered Souji's mindscape in a meme before, but in general, thanks to mastering his Shadow, it's a pretty calm place with only mild everyday problems manifesting, like "interdimensional secret agenting is hard" and "is my girlfriend going to shoot me with a sniper rifle if I do X?".

Date: 2011-07-06 04:55 am (UTC)Telepathy - She likely has some measure of shielding/defense against telepathy, given that she and her brother have a form of telepathy, which hasn't been fully explored. Lemme know if he's got the hat off, and I'll post some direct thoughts for him to pick up.
Clairvoyance - I'm not sure on this one, so this would have to be a case-by-case basis.
Confusion - I'm pretty sure there's been illusions used in Uraboku that the Zweilts were affected by, so I figure this'll work on her.
Mind Door - Like the telepathy, I'm not sure on this one, especially since she theoretically has memories of her past lives, that are sealed away.
Luc
Telepathy, Clairvoyance, Confusion - Go for it, though the True Wind Rune might try blocking the first two.
Mind Door - Yes on part A, no on part B.
Omi
Telepathy, Clairvoyance - Omi has zilch for mental shields, but beware that telepaths utterly freak him out (thank you Schuldig).
Confusion - Omi's likely to become more dangerous if you confuse him, so I'd probably warn against this one.
Mind Door - No on part B, but if he wants/needs to try for Part A... just beware it won't be pretty.
chaos
Telepathy, Clairvoyance, Confusion, Mind Door - Sorry, chaos is far too powerful to not have heavy shielding.
Hisoka
Telepathy, Clairvoyance - Being a psychic himself, Hisoka's strong enough to shield in most situations, but if Raz is able to get through, there's a high chance of feedback.
Confusion - Probably not, with Hisoka's shielding.
Mind Door - Like Omi, this wouldn't be pretty. Also, with his shielding, he's not likely to get in.
Luka
Telepathy, Clairvoyance, Confusion, Mind Door - Luka's never shown any signs of having psychic abilities or resisting them, so I figure this would be go?
Mikan
Telepathy, Clairvoyance, Confusion, Mind Door - Hello, meet her Nullification Alice. So this would be a 'no'.
Mokona
Telepathy, Clairvoyance, Confusion, Mind Door - I thin Mokona might break Raz if he managed to get into his mind, so...

Date: 2011-07-06 08:11 am (UTC)Clairvoyance: Sure.
Confusion: Sure.
Mind Door: Would want to be checked with first - I would kind of prefer to wait until Gokaiger finishes so we get all the info we can on Marvelous. I'm sure he's got plenty of issues, just would want to know the full scope of them before turning Raz loose in his head.

Date: 2011-07-06 01:47 pm (UTC)Most attempts to enter Ivan's mind will have him gently rebuffing the other psychic much like one or two other Adepts in Golden Sun do to Ivan. If he's mentally weakened for whatever reason, though, he'll be more accessible.

Date: 2011-07-08 05:04 am (UTC)Georik: No on Telepathy due to Mephistopheles... and iffy on Clairvoyance for the same reason.
