All four of these are fine for Ixthalluz and Kazumi. Kazumi is more or less stable though and probably wouldn't get much benefit from the mind door. Ixthalluz on the other hand has... severe self-esteem issues, her mind scape would probably involve running away from black dragons.

As for Chishio, I'd rather that you ask on a case by case basis.
